So @mgifford and I have been talking about globalization issues for the citability message.
I know that some french citizens were talking about creating citability.fr and other countries mentioned wanting to do .nz, .au and .ca
I was hoping that individuals would simply take the petition - translate it and do a simple petition site and then point to pages on this wiki.
Are people looking for something more formal? to me more formal means more work and I have little bandwidth for that as this is a pure labor of love on my part. - Silona
