I haven't completely figured out the heirarchal standard to use for the pathtoparagraphlevel piece. But so long as it is human readable
David Strauss and Daniel Bennett have both suggested a microformat setup for the hashtags portion. This will be different is different content management system. So do not feel comfortable creating this portion yet. Though remember that it should be human readable and needs to degrade nicely. I would suggest a simple basic CSS format of H1, H2, H3, H4, normal style. So that you can have sections and paragraphs and breaks.
